1) How can I be sure that you are the right partner for me?

If you are a tech product company with a team size of 1-500 and are looking to hire skilled engineers or managers (with 4.5 years of experience or more) in Europe and LATAM, our team will provide the first relevant candidates within one week after the briefing. We have a strict niche and exclusively work with these positions.

2) How much does it cost, and is it cost-effective?

The payment breakdown is as follows:

  • First payment: $2,000. You will receive market analytics, a candidate persona description, a search strategy, pipeline development, and a job description within one week.
  • Second payment: $2,000. Your vacancy will be promoted among 100-500 candidates. From this pool, we typically conduct 30-40 interviews and introduce 3-10 relevant candidates for you to consider extending an offer to.
  • Final payment: is made once the specialist starts their first day of work. The total cost of hire, on average, is around $8,000.

On average, within 30-40 days (sometimes even earlier), you have the person who will add value to your business. This way, you don't have to spend your personal working time on recruitment operations.

3) Okay, I've decided to give it a try. What does the workflow look like?

During the first seven days:

  • We will have a 30-minute introductory call to understand your requirements.
  • We will provide a proposal on the same day as the call.
  • Once you sign the contract and make the first payment, we will schedule a one-hour deep dive session with a recruiter.
  • Next business day, you will receive the job description for your approval.
  • We will provide you with the first set of relevant candidates.
  • In the following 1-2 weeks, you can extend offers to the candidates.
4) Do you offer replacements? What is the guarantee period?

Yes, we offer replacements within 2-3 months after accepting the offer, depending on the position.

5) How do you evaluate candidates?

We use an algorithm that assesses relevance to the vacancy and conduct behavioral interviews.

6) Do you check references?

Yes, we do.

7) How long will you support my company?

We support you until the end of the probation period and will always be available to help even after that.
