What you'll do
You’ll lead our sales and business development efforts in Ukraine — driving structured cooperation with the Ministry of Defense, military units, and government stakeholders.
You’ll build trust with decision-makers, navigate defense procurement and certification processes, and ensure our technology gets from demo to deployment — fast.
You’ll:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with MoD representatives, military units, and other government stakeholders.

Identify and develop opportunities within the defense, security, and government procurement sectors.

Lead the Ukrainian sales strategy from pipeline to close — balancing urgency with precision.

Oversee ongoing contracts, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Coordinate with technical, legal, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and deployment.

Manage certification, regulatory compliance, and defense procurement documentation.

Translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions for defense audiences.

Prepare presentations and documentation using MoD language and defense terminology.
What success looks like:
You're the kind of person who picks up the phone. You build relationships that last. You understand that selling to defense is part patience, part persistence, and part knowing when to push. You're comfortable with long sales cycles but you move with urgency anyway.

What you bring:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within defense, security, or government procurement.

Strong understanding of Ukrainian defense procurement, certification, and documentation processes.

Background in military, Ministry of Defense, or defense technology sales (highly desirable).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to navigate bureaucratic frameworks efficiently while keeping momentum.

Experience with CRM systems.

Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
