Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of the design of our Native mobile apps & Webapp. This is an individual contributor role, ideally for a designer who has already mastered end-to-end product delivery and seeks creative independence. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and brand teams to create intuitive, consistent, and visually refined user experiences that scale globally. The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in fintech, payments, or crypto products.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for products and features—from concept to launch—crafting thoughtful UX and refined UI in collaboration with product and engineering.

Create user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and development‑ready design specifications.

Help shape the design strategy and drive product consistency by evolving and contributing to the design system.

Work closely with the front end lead in Thailand(ICT timezone) to translate designs into fast, high-quality implementations.

Present and discuss design solutions with stakeholders, clearly communicating the reasoning behind design decisions.

Maintain the app’s adherence to WeFi’s brand guidelines through collaboration with the Senior Brand Designer (Amsterdam, CET timezone).
Additional Requirements

Demonstrated fintech or crypto portfolio with 2–3 case studies showcasing 70%+ personal contribution.

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user psychology.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills — ability to articulate design rationale clearly.

Fluent English and confident communication style for collaboration in a fully international team.

Experience working with global, remote teams and multiple stakeholders.

High professional independence and self‑management; able to plan, prioritize, and deliver without constant supervision.
Team Structure
You will report directly to the Head of Design, work daily with the Frontend Lead (Bangkok) and Brand Designer (Amsterdam), and collaborate closely with the delivery and product management teams. The broader design group already includes senior professionals responsible for brand identity, visual systems, and marketing design.
What else is important
We are looking for a true senior — someone who’s been in a senior role for at least 2–3 years, confident in owning design decisions and able to engage tech leads with clarity. Designers from startup or scale‑up companies are the best fit; large corporate backgrounds often lack the pace and adaptability we expect.
Insight and daily based tasks
Work closely with developers in Thailand’s time zone to refine flows, finalize Figma handoffs, and ensure design quality through QA. You’ll iterate based on product insights and share feature improvements directly with the Head of Design.
