Requirements:

• - Openness, drive & a passion for startups

• - Backend mastery: Python, FastAPI

• - Frontend: React (preferred), HTML/CSS, or Angular/Vue

• - SQL (PostgreSQL), Solid CI/CD & Git

• - End-to-end ownership: from idea to release, decision-making

Nice to Have:

• - Pydantic, Docker, K8S, Azure, Kafka

• - Pandas, building data pipelines

• - Azure API Management

• - Generative AI for UI

• - Integrations with CRM/comms platforms (Salesforce, Google Meet, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• - Be proactive in spotting opportunities and solving problems.

• - Own tasks end-to-end with high quality.

• - Build integrations, import/analyze external data

• - Embed AI scenarios in the backend and UI

• - Fast iterations: MVP delivery, testing, optimization

• - Maintain DevOps/engineering hygiene: testing, deployment, security
