— Business Development Manager – LATAM
(Payments & Financial Infrastructure Partnerships)
About the role
Our client is building a next-generation financial infrastructure platform that bridges traditional payments and modern digital finance. The product ecosystem includes accounts, cards, local payment rails, on/off-ramps, and digital asset infrastructure, serving users across multiple global markets. To support expansion in Latin America — starting with Brazil — our client is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships across the payments and banking ecosystem.
This is not a transactional sales role. Success in this position is measured by the ability to unlock new markets and product capabilities through well-structured, long-term partnerships. The role comes with a highly competitive compensation structure, including meaningful performance-based incentives that directly reflect the scale and impact of partnerships built and markets opened.
