    Let's talk about your role

VP Team is an owner-led retained executive search firm focused on senior and C-level hires for tech product companies across the US, EU, UAE, and LATAM. Every brief lands directly with Viktoriia Prydatko, our founder, and gets a personal review within 24 hours — not routed through a junior recruiter or queued behind a dozen other searches.

Most of the roles we work on are the ones other agencies have already failed to close: first hires in a new market, niche technical leads, founding C-levels, or replacements for executives who didn't work out. We bring a 15-year database of 48,000+ vetted candidates, a private network built across years of in-house and agency work, and the willingness to do direct outreach to people who don't reply to anyone else.

Before we share the first CV, we run a structured kick-off, validate seniority and compensation against current market data, and align on a realistic timeline. From day one you get weekly written reports, a transparent candidate pipeline, and case-based evaluation — not just resumes. If a hire doesn't work out within the first three months, we run the replacement search at no additional fee.

Use the form below to tell us about the role — seniority, stack, location, and timeline are most useful. Prefer a faster channel? Reach Viktoriia directly on WhatsApp or email; both are monitored personally during business hours across EU and US time zones.

What happens after you send the brief

Within one business day, Viktoriia replies personally to confirm we're a fit for the search and to schedule a 30–45 minute kick-off call. On that call we map the role against current market reality: realistic compensation bands, candidate availability in your target geography, and the trade-offs between speed, seniority, and budget. You leave the call with a written search plan, a target company list, and a clear weekly cadence — not a generic proposal deck.

From week one you receive a structured pipeline report every Friday: who we contacted, who replied, who is in interviews, and what the market is telling us about your offer. Every shortlisted candidate comes with a written assessment covering motivation, compensation expectations, notice period, and the specific risks worth probing in your own interviews. We don't forward CVs without context.

    Roles we typically work on

Our retained searches concentrate on senior individual contributors, heads of function, and C-level executives for product-led tech companies — SaaS, fintech, blockchain, marketplaces, and AI-native startups. Recent placements include CPOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Sales, BI Leads, Tech Leads, Senior Flutter and Backend Engineers, Business Analysts, and Executive Assistants supporting founders.

We are most useful when the search is hard: a first hire in a new market, a replacement for an executive who didn't work out, a niche technical profile that public job boards can't reach, or a confidential search where discretion matters more than speed. If a role is straightforward and your in-house team is closing similar profiles in under a month, we'll tell you honestly that you don't need us.

How we price and guarantee the work

We work on a retained model with a fixed engagement fee plus a success fee tied to the candidate's annual compensation. The structure and exact percentage depend on seniority, location, and search complexity — we share the full proposal in writing after the kick-off call so you can compare it side-by-side with any other offers on the table. There are no hidden costs, no per-CV charges, and no automatic renewals.

Every placement comes with a three-month replacement guarantee: if the hire leaves or doesn't pass probation in that window, we run the replacement search at no additional engagement fee. In practice, the guarantee is rarely used — our case studies show an average of 60–180 days to close, with most candidates still in seat well past the first year.
