Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product development as a PM.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms.
- Experience with Agile processes and Lean approach in product development.
- Proven experience launching products from scratch (able to provide examples and results in numbers).
- Experience managing a team.
- Understanding of high-tech project specifics.
- English proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
- Experience in fintech or payment systems is a significant advantage.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing multiple products simultaneously.
- Technical background.
- Ability to come to Kyiv office regularly
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the CEO and other stakeholders to shape product development strategy and OKR planning.
- Planning and updating product roadmaps according to the company's strategic goals and monitoring their implementation.
- Planning and prioritizing product needs, gathering feedback from customers and the market.
- Conducting customer development and competitor analysis.
- Ensuring the quality of the business analysis process for product requests.
- Building and analyzing product metrics.
- Managing the product design process and validating its solutions.
- Managing the hypothesis testing process.
- Organizing product rollout releases.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
- Planning required resources and budgets, optimizing business and financial models.
- Managing the product team (PO, BA, PjM, RM, TW, UI/UX), overseeing hiring, termination, onboarding processes, and conducting performance evaluations.

- Mindset – Business-driven(constantly thinking about how to increase revenue, acting as a sort of CEO of the product).
- Understanding of the technical side of the product.
- Focus on market trends (providing your own input).
- Excellent skill in deep data analysis.
- Ability to work in a team and at a cross-team level.

- Experience handling a large workload.
- Understanding of key marketing and business metrics.
- Being responsible for business profitability.

Team:
You must have experience in forming teams. You will manage two Product Owners (PO) and a potential BA. The company is actively expanding, and rapid hiring is required.
