As a result, influential people can earn faster and more from their content - without relying on marketing middlemen, agencies, deal-making, or red tape.

Growing rapidly since late February 2025, with over 5,000 Tier 1 influencers on Crypto Twitter now onboarded. What’s driving it? Organic momentum - fueled by users inviting each other and strong word of mouth. We’re now expanding the growth team to sustain and scale this momentum even further.

Requirements

• 5+ years in NLP and machine learning, with expertise in large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA).

• Hands-on experience with LLMs: Prompt Engineering, Vector DBs, Fine-tuning, RAG, Agents

• Strong proficiency in Python, data analysis,  and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), experimentation.

• Strong Research Skills: analyze SOTA papers, search for existing solutions

• Ability to write clean, efficient code and design algorithms, ensuring reliable delivery with backend-level code quality.

• Language: Fluency in Ukrainian preferred to align with team communication; English skills needed: intermediate (B2) level.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Web3 projects.

• Contributions to open-source NLP or blockchain projects (e.g., GitHub repos).

• Experience with transactional data analysis or social media analysis.

Responsibilities

This role focuses on ML engineering, with high-level coding practices. The responsibilities will be almost solely Machine Learning systems development, but the quality of the resulting codebase should be as high as the backend code. You will:

• Integrate ML solutions into blockchain infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.

• As a first dedicated ML specialist in the team, you’ll bring many impactful models to delight the user experience. The quality of our ML systems is an important pillar of the competitive advantage of company.

• Collaborate with senior engineers, a product manager, and founders to align technical solutions with product and business goals.

• Build and optimize ML models from scratch, driving innovation in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Deliver high-quality, reliable code focusing on algorithmic efficiency and maintainability, matching high engineering standards.

• Contribute to sprint planning and grooming sessions, provide estimates and communicate progress effectively.

• Team Structure: You’ll join a lean team of 7, including 3 senior engineers , a product manager, and a designer.

Recruitment process

1. Recruiter Screening Interview (30 minutes) : Conducted by our agency recruiter to assess your experience, career goals, and alignment with requirements.

2. Screening Interview (20 minutes): Conducted by the founder to assess alignment and communication style.

3. Algorithmic Interview (50 minutes): Evaluate coding skills and algorithmic intuition, focusing on clean, efficient code.

4. Top-Grading Interview (50-60 minutes): Deep dive into experience and cultural fit

5. Machine Learning Interview (50 minutes): Test NLP expertise, mathematical intuition.
