Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in PR or marketing, particularly in technology or AI.

- Proven track record of establishing and executing successful PR strategies.

- Strong media network, especially in high-impact regions such as the UK and the US.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance, and proactively solve challenges.

- Experience in brand management and content creation for tech audiences.

Nice to Have:

- Previous experience in a startup environment.

- Established contacts in high-tech and digital media.

- Background or familiarity with AI and tech industry trends.

- Experience working with influencers and handling media coverage across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to build brand and reputation in AI.

- Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and thought leaders.

- Represent our start-up at conferences, industry events, and public forums.

- Support the personal branding efforts of the company’s founders.

- Collaborate with internal teams to produce and publish articles, blogs, and other content to showcase our innovations and updates.

- Monitor and engage with media channels and influencers, ensuring that we are consistently represented in discussions around AI and technology.

We’re looking for a candidate who is:

- Independent and highly motivated, capable of leading PR efforts with minimal oversight.

- Flexible and ready to adapt to the evolving startup environment.

- Passionate about AI, understanding its potential, and enthusiastic about bringing our vision to a wider audience.

Team:

You will join a dynamic team of 13 people working across various aspects of AI development. As the first dedicated PR professional, you’ll have the chance to shape our public image from the ground up.

Who takes a final decision:
The final decision for this role will be made by our Founder and CEO.
