They are building a more structured and scalable growth engine and are looking for a marketing leader who can own this transformation. The product is accessible to users in more than 130 countries.
The goal of the Head of Marketing (Growth & Performance) role is to turn fragmented activities into a systematic, predictable, performance-driven growth model that directly impacts revenue, retention, and user acquisition efficiency. This is a leadership position with real influence on business outcomes.
What you will own
• End-to-end marketing strategy and performance outcomes
• User acquisition and growth channel effectiveness
• Full funnel economics (traffic → activation → monetization → retention)
• Budget allocation, scale and ROI logic
• Experimentation frameworks and testing culture
• Alignment between marketing, product, and analytics
• Building processes that scale, not manual tactics
Success in this role is measured by business metrics, not campaign volume.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a growth-oriented marketing leader, not a traditional brand marketer.
• Proven B2C marketing experience (non-negotiable)
• 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in leadership roles
• Deep understanding of performance & growth mechanics (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) with large budgets
• Experience scaling paid acquisition channels
• Strong command of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention)
• Ability to connect creatives, funnels, and analytics into one system
• Experience working in product-centric or startup environments
• Comfort operating in evolving, imperfect structures
• High ownership and accountability mindset
This role will not suit profiles primarily focused on:
– B2B marketing
– corporate communications
– brand-only / awareness-only roles
– heavily layered enterprise environments
