Currently, we are looking for a BI Analytics Team Lead to build and develop a team of data engineers, focusing on data analysis, report creation, and dashboards that support strategic business decisions. Required Experience:

• Over 4 years in BI analytics and at least 2 years of team management experience.
• Experience working with Tableau.
• Understanding modern approaches to data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database tools.
• Proven ability to manage people and teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2+) and Ukrainian (C1+).
