 Head of Marketing

Our client builds next-generation software for Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Fund Administrators. Their platform replaces fragmented, legacy fund operations with scalable core systems and AI-powered workflows embedded directly into real business processes.

They're 35 people, profitable, and fast enough to stay sharp, stable enough to do it right. The founders are hands-on, the bar is high, and quality isn't negotiable, but burnout isn't a badge of honor either.

About the Role

This is the first dedicated marketing hire. No inherited mess, no committee approvals, just real ownership from day one.

You'll work directly with two Сo-Founders and a Head of Sales to build the marketing function from the ground up: define the strategy, shape the tone of voice, and execute hands-on across content, outreach, and sales enablement. A product designer and external contractors are already in place, but you're welcome to bring your own. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to grow your own team.

This is a new generation invest-tech company, and everything you put out should feel like it.

What You'll Own

  • LinkedIn content for the company and founders, starting with posts built around real client stories and founder ideas, growing into deeper materials pitched to industry publications.
  • You’ve run outbound campaigns hands-on. Not just managed someone who did
  • Sales enablement materials: case studies, whitepapers, comparison tables, one-pagers, demo videos, sales decks
  • Website development and ongoing updates
  • SEO and link building - hands-on where it counts, managing contractors where it scales, with a real budget to grow the organic footprint through quality content and the right partnerships.
  • Conference participation and speaker positioning for the leadership team, if that's your strength
  • Briefing and managing designers and external contractors

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, hands-on
  • You've run outbound campaigns yourself, not just managed someone who did
  • HubSpot is second nature to you and you're comfortable with modern AI marketing tools
  • You write clearly and compellingly in English
  • Sharp eye for design - you know what works and can brief or push back on a designer with confidence
  • You think in campaigns, not just tactics - from concept to launch
  • You spot the gap and fill it without waiting to be told
  • Based in Europe
  • Experience in fintech or financial services is a strong plus
