 General Producer

We are looking for a General Producer to join as a business partner who will help our client grow their business, launch new games for mobile platforms and Web 2.0 platforms. Your experience in team management, strong connections in the gaming industry, and ability to think strategically are critical. IMPORTANT! This is not a traditional hired role where you simply follow instructions. In this position, you will make decisions, take responsibility for them, and collaborate with the current business owner.


Our Strategy

We focus on identifying trends, rapidly creating MVPs based on pre-existing mechanics and software, leveraging AI-generated content, testing the MVPs in the market, and, in the case of success, launching full-scale development.

You must have experience in game production and a solid understanding of the gaming industry.

You will oversee game production with autonomy while managing the team. Clear communication with our team and stakeholders is essential.


Partner Requirements:

  • Strong background in game production (successful releases, profitable games, at least three projects).
  • Seeking a new challenge and feeling unfulfilled in your current producer role.
  • Developed business acumen, viewing games as a business opportunity.
  • Experience across multiple game development streams at various stages.
  • Ready to transition from your current role, equipped with the skills and experience, but eager for a new challenge and interested in equity and profit-sharing opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the market, monitor trends, and propose ideas for new or existing games.
  • Build and leverage a broad industry network.

You should have enough expertise to:

  • Share various approaches and best practices for our company and implement them.
  • Take responsibility and execute agreements effectively.
  • Earn respect and trust within the existing team.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, act as a natural integrator, and utilize diverse management practices to lead the team (including adapting to different personalities).
  • Serve as a mentor, sharing knowledge and working towards achieving results.

  • Experienced in game production and deeply knowledgeable about the gaming industry.

The partner will closely collaborate with our team, including the company’s founder. They will oversee team management and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

The final decision will be made by the founder of the company for which we are seeking a partner.
