We’re a worldwide team working remotely from over 20 countries, operating from Dubai, and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to be the CEO’s right hand, keeping everything on track in the wild pace of a startup.

Requirements:

4+ years of C-level support experience in startups or high-growth companies.

Fluent English (written/spoken) for team and investor communication.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive under pressure.

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, or similar tools.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Nice to Have:

Fintech/crypto experience: understanding DeFi (staking, tokens).

Background in investor relations or board material preparation.

Familiarity with blockchain analytics (Etherscan, Bscscan) or CRM (HubSpot).
Responsibilities:
- Manage the communication on behalf of the CEO with customers, team, investors and other key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, meetings, and travel
- Support CEO in time management and priority setting.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and take detailed notes with follow-ups and action items.
- Assist with board materials, investor relations, and executive communications
- Lead or assist in special projects and operational tasks as needed
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve administrative and operational issues
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Research and screen potential candidates for collaborations and partnerships
