We have an opportunity for an experienced manager in the Crypto product company as a COO

We are looking for a seasoned professional in business operations and planning. 


The Chief Operating Officer will be in charge of operational efficiency that is a key element of our strategy as a leading crypto processing service provider. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build, manage and transform how the company operates. This includes the annual and in-year planning processes, continuous monitoring of indicators and quarter goals review. 

You will partner closely with leaders to help create the vision, strategies and priorities for our team and the company overall.  You will administer a portfolio of significant business initiatives and technical projects to help deliver our’s global strategic and financial goals.

Product is an ecosystem of multiple innovative solutions for the smooth integration of crypto into business and everyday life. It claimed absolute leadership in terms of transaction volume and marked a tremendous growth since 2014. Our team designs products that help people get ready for the new era of digital assets that will transform the way we work with money.

Headquartered in Estonia and having 3 international hubs, we are still a remote-first company with employees working from 20+ countries around the world. We are passionate about crypto, fintech and are putting great effort into building a team that will get the world ready for every-day crypto use.

What are we doing?

As the first company to offer cryptocurrency payment solutions, we are proud to provide cutting-edge products to our clients. Our flagship product is a B2B crypto-processing solution that enables businesses to accept and process cryptocurrency payments quickly and securely. Additionally, we offer a SAAS solution, which is a massive crypto payment system used by large clients, such as casinos, etc.

Our product is currently on par with Visa and Mastercard for cryptocurrency transactions. However, we aspire to create and develop a world-class product that offers convenient and speedy processing of cryptocurrencies.

What are the main goals of these positions and why do we have job openings?

We are currently transitioning from startup company to a small/medium-sized enterprise. While we are already an operationally managed business, we want to improve our processes and build a scalable system that can accommodate growth in other markets. As a future COO, you will be responsible for revenue.

What does our organizational structure look like?

At the Board level, we have the CEO, co-CEO (founder + CFO)

In their reporting line, the CEO and co-CEO (founder + CFO) have the CTO, CCO, COO, CPO, and HRD. Under the supervision of the COO, there will be project management, customer success (possibly reporting elsewhere), and support.

What professional skills do we expect?

  • 10+ years’ experience in senior operational or strategy leadership roles, ideally in Fintech, SaaS or platform companies
  • Go To Market experience and expertise at significant scale
  • Strong collaboration skills, combined with the ability to influence cross-functionally
  • Operational, analytical and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ideally, experience managing a 200+ person operations team
  • Strong communication skills - oral and written. Ability to work with, and present to senior management, including CEO
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to retain, develop and build a world-class team of operations professionals

What to do as a COO?

  • Develop and implement operational strategy & vision for the company product portfolio and – jointly with heads and leads – for individual teams and departments.
  • Develop and own an end-to-end planning and resource allocation framework that bridges smoothly from strategy to execution. Identify, assess and manage risks affecting global strategy execution.
  • Build a transparent managerial accounting system in cooperation with the Financial Department in order to achieve operational excellence and manageability. 
  • Ensure critical operating rhythm including an annual strategy development and business planning process, assess quality and feasibility of plans and goals. 
  • Maintain and enhance the company-level OKR’s, provide data, analytical tools, dashboards and reports to the teams.
  • Constantly monitor, analyse and evaluate the operations and performance applying a data-driven approach. Proactively identify opportunities to improve company operations and lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business and operational initiatives
  • Set up a customer satisfaction measurement program across all products and services, continuously improving the quality and cost efficiency of processes via customer-centric approach to provide best-class service.
  • Administer portfolio of strategic business initiatives, manage and enhance technical project management function across organisation. 
  • Build and maintain trusting and friendly relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

What is the size of our team and where are we based?

Our company currently has a team of approximately 220+ employees, with our headquarters located in Estonia and additional offices in Poland and Georgia.

Do we need English, and what proficiency?

As we are worldwide, at least an advanced level is a must, both in verbal and written communication.

  • Is there a probation period, and how long does it last? - Yes, 3 months
  • What is the work schedule? -  Flexible, European time zone
  • Is it possible to work remotely? - You may work remotely
  • A number of vacation days, sick days? - 20 working days of vacation, 4 sick days, 1 day off

  • Intro call with a recruiter (40 minutes)
  • Interview with HRD and CEO (1 hour)
  • Interview with CEO and co-CEO (1-2 hour)
  • Additional meetings if necessary
