Requirements

Capital Management:

Hands-on experience in active trading of equities, bonds, and derivatives (including crypto derivatives).

Expertise in options trading, arbitrage strategies, and asset valuation.

Strong skills in quantitative analysis, risk management, and financial modeling.

Deep understanding of market infrastructure (traditional and digital), trading platforms, and clearing mechanisms.

Experience with crypto assets or a keen interest in blockchain technologies.

Proven track record in structuring M&A transactions and raising capital through equity, debt, or tokenized instruments.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of next-generation financial instruments, from structured equity deals to tokenized assets and crypto derivatives.

Build and lead a financial innovation department from scratch, defining strategy and assembling a team.

Architect trading strategies for multi-asset portfolios and execute with real capital.

Own the capital-raising roadmap across equity, debt, and blockchain-native instruments.

Design and defend high-impact investment theses before investors, strategic partners, and the board.

Operate at the intersection of quantitative finance, blockchain infrastructure, and modern market dynamics.

New Direction: You’ll build a department from the ground up, reporting directly to the CEO, with the ability to reallocate internal resources or hire new talent.

Global Focus: Work in markets like the UK, Singapore, Asia (Jakarta, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, UAE), targeting expats and financial hubs. The US is a low priority.
