What you’ll be working on:
- Creating and managing a sales team
- Prospecting and acquiring new clients
- Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs
- Participating in conferences
- Conducting product presentations, closing deals, and handling objections
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and analyzing their effectiveness (social media, video content, conducting interviews).
We are looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in team management
- Independence and proactivity in problem-solving
- Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency
Significant advantages will be:
- Experience in selling technological solutions to HoReCa
- Successful experience in developing your own business
Team size and structure:
There is already a tech lead, a large team of Java developers, business analysts, testers, and a product owner.
Future goals:
Initially, you will work independently and then will involve a team. You will be responsible for forming and maintaining the sales team. During the probationary period, the primary goal will be to familiarize yourselves with the product. KPIs have not been established yet, but they will be. Bonuses will be calculated based on revenue.
