Our mission is to enable millions of people to bring their creative ideas to life. At our company we work hard every day to give photographers (creators) the best photo software for editing, managing and making beautiful photos.
What professional skills are important to us?
- Your 5+ years of professional experience as CMO, must include a proven track record of leading marketing teams
- You need to have strong business acumen and direct experience in growing a business through innovative ideas and solving complex challenges
- You are able to interpret market trends, develop your own vision, and successfully execute on that vision.
- Furthermore, you need to have experience working cross-functionally with functions such as Product, Engineering, Finance etc. Remote management experience across different locations is preferred (as our team is based in different locations / time zones)
- You will interact with partners, customers. You should be a source of inspiration for the team, and knowledge of marketing techniques are very important for us.
- You should have experience or a big motivation to be a part of the creative and photography industry. To understand our customers and competitors. If you have experience on the US or EU market, that’s an additional huge plus.
What will you do?
Marketing Strategy:
- You create a marketing strategy and a detailed roadmap to fulfill and meet various goals.
- You chose a data driven approach backing your vision, strategy and day to day decisions
- You identify and consider the market trends and direct the market research efforts of the company
- You contact our marketing and customer acquisition effort and guide a unified approach that meets market demands
- As a strategic thinker, you envision what may happen in the future, instead of focusing on what is directly ahead
Inspire & Lead:
- You act as a role model for our employees and your direct team, by being an ambassador for the company culture.
- As a CMO, you have excellent leadership skills to supervise and oversee the entire Marketing team. You are well-connected within the company. This ensures that initiatives run smoothly across internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- You are always well-connected within the industry and represent our company at conferences and events, to get in touch with partners, customers.
Business & Marketing focus:
- One of your crucial responsibilities as CMO is to generate revenue through successful marketing initiatives for the company.
- You oversee the budget and spendings in your function and make sure they are in line with the company’s financial goals
Where are the people who make the decisions located?
Most of our team are based in Ukraine (Kyiv) and Portugal (Lisbon) and Warsaw (Poland) , this role is partially remote.
The Management Team is currently based in Ukraine (Kyiv) and Portugal (Lisbon).
Work conditions:
- Number of vacation days: 21 working days

Interview process:
How many stages of the interview?
- VP Team interview - 45 min;
- Interview with CEO and Head of HR - 1,5 - 2 hour;
- Interview with founder - 1 hour;
- introduction to a team 30 - 40 min.
