Over 8 years of experience in Recruitment & HR. Previous roles include Recruiter at outsourcing company Luxoft, Senior Recruitment Consultant at Ciklum, and Head of Recruitment, later Head of People at the Ukrainian product company Reface. Working with IT businesses of various types and sizes has provided a comprehensive understanding of the field and effective practices.

Ksenia was a formal leader of a recruitment team (3-5 people) and later led the entire HR&R team (evaluating team performance, motivation systems, delegation, and development). 

As Head of People, she was responsible not only for recruitment but also for all people processes within the company. Major projects included rethinking and restructuring the Performance Review process, organizational design, implementing regular satisfaction surveys, developing people analytics, and transitioning from a people partner role to HRBP.
